I feel like i'm being pushed out of my job

I have more work being put on me and little resources, feeling like my manager is setting me up for failure. I think i'm going to start documenting but i have nooo clue what's going on here. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Oh girl, I've definitely felt that way. What's giving you that feeling? More work and little time? Not enough team members or something?? Something like that happened to a friend, sadly.
